Our research-based verdict
The Bullseye Air Blaster is most relevant for repeat users of disposable air cans who need to dislodge loose debris from accessible crevices. It is less suitable when the job is to capture dust rather than scatter it. A small vacuum may be the better comparison for a work surface surrounded by clean items.
Plan where the displaced material will land before switching on. Blowing crumbs out of a car vent onto the seat still leaves a cleaning step. We have not measured airflow, sound level, usable runtime or the amount of debris removed in one pass.

Reasons to consider it
- Rechargeable design avoids a new disposable can for each refill.
- Several nozzles and speeds provide targeting choices.
Trade-offs
- Moves debris rather than capturing it.
- Motor RPM is not a comparable airflow rating.

What matters in daily use
The current official title, description and kit picture identify four nozzles and three speeds. An older-looking URL contains the words two nozzles, so check the actual package rather than treating the web address as a contents list. Narrow and broad outlets serve different targeting needs; neither establishes safe use on every electronic device.
The manufacturer advertises a maximum motor-speed figure of 130,000 RPM. Revolutions per minute describe rotation, not a measured volume of air or pressure at the outlet. Without comparable airflow data, that number should not be used to rank this against another blower or a can of compressed gas.

Evidence and unanswered questions
The manufacturer catalog provides the 4312 identity, battery specification and current attachment count. We have not verified battery capacity under load, charging duration or a replacement-battery route. The electronics-safe language is not an independent certification for cameras, computers or every other device shown in advertising.
Our practical assessment is therefore limited to the design’s purpose and buying checks. It does not establish that this blower is quieter, cheaper over its life or stronger than competing products. Those conclusions would require measured use and comparable costs.
Source and variant checks were completed on October 16, 2026. Displayed buyer stars were not used as our own score or as proof of product performance.

Fit, care and safety checks
Follow the device being cleaned as well as the blower’s instructions. Power down and disconnect equipment where its cleaning procedure requires it. Do not direct strong airflow into sensitive mechanisms, spin fans uncontrolled or assume a low setting eliminates risk.
Keep dust away from eyes and other people. Do not disperse hazardous powders, flammable dust or unknown workshop residue. A blower is not dust extraction and should not replace appropriate collection and protective measures for a material.

Before ordering
Match Bullseye Air Blaster 4312 and the current four-nozzle kit, not the larger Bullseye 20 V blower. Confirm charging accessories and the nozzle count in the offer. A battery-capacity figure alone does not tell you how many cleaning sessions it will provide.

Common buying questions
Is it a vacuum?
No. It blows air and does not collect the dust in a bin.
Does 130,000 RPM tell me the airflow?
No. RPM is rotational speed; it is not a measured outlet airflow or pressure value.
Does it have two or four nozzles?
Current official product text and the kit photo show four. Confirm your exact offer because the URL still includes older two-nozzle wording.
