Verdict: flexible phone choice, realistic tracking expectations
The Chipolo POP four-pack is useful for someone who wants to tag several belongings and choose between Apple’s Find My and Google’s Find Hub. The built-in keyring hole and replaceable battery make sense for everyday keys or bags. The central limitation is important: each tracker uses one network at a time, and there is no UWB precision-direction finding.
This research-based review covers the Standard Mix four-pack, ASIN B0DZXXB7KF. We have not tested recovery speed, indoor range or alarm loudness. Consider it an aid for misplaced belongings, with a nearby ring and network-assisted location, rather than a guarantee that a lost item will be found.

Facts: the Standard Mix pack and two layers of compatibility
The selected Amazon pack contains four POP trackers in black, white, blue and red; its listed UPC is 850047123695. It is different from a single tracker, another color mix, or the rechargeable LOOP. POP uses a replaceable CR2032 coin cell and is not a USB-charged tracker.
For basic use, Chipolo lists iOS 14.5 or later with Find My, or Android 9 or later with Google Play Services and Find Hub. Extra features in the companion Chipolo app currently require iOS 17 or Android 12 or later. Country, age eligibility and enabled location/Bluetooth services can also affect Android use. Recheck these changing requirements before buying.

Features: a ring nearby, a network farther away
POP can attach directly to a keyring without a separate holder. If you mostly lose keys inside your home, that straightforward attachment and the ability to trigger a sound are the practical attractions. Test whether you can hear the ring with your normal bag, room noise and hearing needs rather than relying on an advertised loudness figure.
Finding farther away depends on the chosen network and nearby participating devices. A map update can help narrow a search, but it does not mean the item is being followed continuously. Network density and conditions matter. Chipolo’s advertised Bluetooth reach describes favorable conditions; walls and metal can reduce a real connection.
Changing phone ecosystems is possible, but it requires removing the tracker from the existing apps, resetting and pairing again. It cannot simultaneously draw from both networks. The companion app adds functions such as calling a nearby phone, but verify that the extra feature you want is supported on your operating system.

Research: check Android firmware before a trip
Chipolo documents a POP issue in which Find Hub location updates or sound playback could stop working correctly. A September 2025 firmware release, version 5.10.0, addresses that synchronization problem. Android owners should check for available updates in the Chipolo app before relying on the tracker.
That is a specific historical fix, not a promise that version 5.10.0 will remain the newest firmware or that all future connectivity issues are resolved. Chipolo says the update did not provide a major change for Apple devices. Follow the current app and support instructions rather than seeking an unnecessary iOS update.
Tom’s Guide published a POP review on October 28, 2025. It provides dated editorial attention to the tracker family, not a test of this precise four-pack by us or proof of present-day virality. Our recommendation rests on compatibility and use case, without borrowing a reviewer’s measurements as our own.

Safety and care: coin-cell precautions are essential
Coin-cell ingestion can cause severe internal injury or death. Keep new and used CR2032 batteries away from children and pets. If the compartment cannot close securely, stop using the tracker and keep it out of reach. Suspected ingestion requires immediate medical attention.
The POP manual describes opening the outer lid and a separate push-and-turn battery cover. Follow those directions, use only the specified battery and secure both covers afterward. The replaceable battery should never be treated as a toy or left loose on a table after a change.
IP55 indicates protection against dust and splashes, not permission to submerge the tracker. Avoid direct heat, impacts and unnecessary disassembly, and keep its loud ring away from ears. Use POP for your belongings, with consent when sharing; it is unsuitable for covert monitoring or dependable live tracking of people or pets.

Buying: four useful placements beat four unused trackers
Before choosing a multipack, name the four belongings you want to tag and check how each tracker will attach. Confirm the owner’s phone and selected network for each one. A shared family item deserves a sharing-plan check, particularly when people use different phone platforms.
Check the exact Standard Mix option, seller, return terms and final total. The handling guide limits the manufacturer warranty to approved sellers, so do not assume every marketplace offer qualifies. Set up, update and test trackers before travel. No current price, stock or successful-recovery promise is made here.

Questions: what POP can and cannot do
Can one POP use Apple and Google together?
No. Choose one network; changing it requires removal, reset and new pairing.
Is POP rechargeable?
No. Replace the CR2032 using the official two-cover procedure.
Is this a GPS tracker?
No. It relies on Bluetooth and a compatible finding network, without cellular live tracking.
Should Android buyers update it?
Check the companion app. Chipolo’s September 2025 firmware notice documents a Find Hub fix, and newer instructions should take priority.
