Verdict: generous size, but eye-area claims need scrutiny

EPAIS Eyelash Essential Serum is a clear 15 mL water-based cosmetic with a curved brush and ball tip. The oversized tube and morning-and-night directions may suit someone who wants to condition lashes and brows without a prostaglandin-analog ingredient. The brand also makes fast, quantified length, volume and curl claims that we cannot independently validate from the summary alone.

This is a research-based review, not an eye-safety, irritation or lash-growth test. Even when a brand reports testing, a cosmetic used close to the eye can bother an individual user. Avoid getting it into the eye and stop if irritation occurs.

Formula: peptides and botanicals in a long water-based list

The official ingredient list begins with water, butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, tromethamine, carbomer, hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl glycol, glycerin and propanediol. It also names biotin, panthenol, multiple botanical extracts, ceramide NP, squalane, olive oil, shea butter and seven listed peptides including acetyl tetrapeptide-3, copper tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4.

“Natural,” “hormone-free” and “prostaglandin-free” do not mean reaction-free. The formula includes lavender, thyme, rosemary, oregano, willow bark, cinnamon and other plant materials that may matter to sensitive users. Check the complete current package list because formulations can change.

Research: the brand reports a short study, but details are limited

EPAIS reports a TRUE Skin Clinical Trial Center study identified as TR-R23-0007, conducted March 28 to April 11, 2023. Its page reports changes in curl angle after one use and lash volume and length after two weeks, plus a consumer-satisfaction survey. The page does not show the full protocol, participant count, comparator, raw data or publication needed for an independent assessment.

We therefore attribute the percentages to EPAIS and do not treat “clinically proven,” “eye doctor approved,” “no irritation” or two-week transformation language as universal guarantees. Supplier before-and-after images and surveys do not predict an individual result.

Safety: treat the eye area cautiously

Apply only with clean hands and a clean applicator. Use a small amount along the intended lash area and avoid direct contact with the eye, waterline or irritated skin. Stop use and rinse if product enters the eye or causes burning, redness, swelling, discharge or vision symptoms; seek medical advice when symptoms are significant or persistent.

The brand reports skin- and ocular-irritation testing and a pH-safety test, but those claims do not ensure tolerability for every user. Do not share the applicator. Replace a contaminated or changed product, and consult an eye-care professional before use if you have an active eye condition or recent procedure.

Buying: distinguish the 15 mL clear serum

The selected Amazon item was ASIN B0C8SQN7S6, a 0.50 fl oz / 15 mL EPAIS serum. Research checked October 12, 2026. Check the current price, seller and availability on Amazon; the manufacturer’s direct offer may have different terms.

Confirm the silver 15 mL tube, clear formula and dual applicator. The listing's “growth” wording is retailer marketing; buy it as a cosmetic conditioning product, not as a guaranteed treatment for sparse lashes or hair loss.

Questions: prostaglandins, timing and extensions

Does the listed formula contain a prostaglandin analog?

EPAIS markets this formula as prostaglandin-analog-free, and no prostaglandin analog was identified in the official ingredient list reviewed. Check the current package list before use.

Will it definitely lengthen lashes in two weeks?

No guarantee can be made. EPAIS reports a short study, but the public summary lacks enough detail for us to independently validate or generalize the result.

Can it be used with lash extensions?

EPAIS says its water-based formula can be used over extensions, lifts and false clusters. That compatibility claim is brand guidance, not our adhesive test; follow your lash professional's instructions.

Sources and limitations

We checked the exact 15 mL identity, directions, ingredient declaration and supplier study summary on the EPAIS US site, then verified the Amazon ASIN, featured price, seller and buying controls on October 12, 2026. Supplier claims are attributed and are not our test results.

Is this a hands-on review?

No. We did not use the serum or test irritation, lash changes or adhesive compatibility.
