Verdict: consider the extra functions before choosing the bigger fan

The JISULIFE Ultra2 is worth considering when you want a handheld fan that can also provide a flashlight and backup phone charging. Those extras make its case stronger for a bag than for someone who just wants a tiny, simple fan in a pocket. Decide whether you will actually use them before paying for the more elaborate design.

This is a research-based review of the 9000mAh Grey Ultra2, ASIN B0F38H258L. We have not measured its airflow, noise, runtime, charging output, or long-term battery condition. A powerful-looking motor graphic does not establish how comfortable the breeze will feel or how noticeable the sound will be beside other people.

Reasons to consider it

  • Fine-grained speed control and a digital display
  • Phone-charging and flashlight functions
  • Lock switch helps prevent accidental activation

Trade-offs

  • More substantial than a basic pocket fan
  • Maximum-runtime claims do not cover every speed
  • High-speed noise is a relevant purchase consideration

Facts: Ultra2, 9000mAh, Grey

The reviewed Amazon variant is Grey, visually a dark graphite finish. It is the Ultra2, not an Ultra1 or one of the similarly named Pro-series fans. The manufacturer identifies a lithium-ion battery, 100 speed settings, a display, and 18-watt two-way charging.

Current JISULIFE specifications state a 43,000-rpm motor and maximum airflow speed of 17 m/s. These are manufacturer specifications, not our measurements. Its stated weight is 295 grams and dimensions are 135 × 40 × 74.5 mm. Treat the compact shape and the amount of weight you want to hold as separate questions.

Features: one battery supports several jobs

The phone-charging function may be useful when you need a top-up, but energy sent to a phone is no longer available for running the fan. Do not read 9000mAh as a promise of a particular number of phone charges. Device battery size, conversion losses, cables, and use during charging all affect the result.

The rear light adds another convenient function. The brand also offers magnetic attachments for directed airflow and light dusting or inflation tasks. Confirm what comes in the selected box; do not assume those small nozzles replace a purpose-built vacuum, compressor, or emergency lighting plan.

JISULIFE advertises up to 25 hours of runtime. That is a maximum, not a guarantee at the strongest setting with the light on. Its FAQ says speed is limited to 50% while charging, so plugged-in operation does not necessarily provide the same top setting as battery operation.

Research: conflicting speed claims deserve a clear boundary

A July 30, 2025 Tom’s Guide article describes discovering the Ultra2 on TikTok. It also gives different motor and airflow figures from the current manufacturer page. This review uses today’s manufacturer specification as the reference and does not blend the two into a new performance claim.

That article is evidence of historical editorial attention, not independently measured current virality. We have not imported its expired discount or presented its author’s hands-on experience as our own. Likewise, labels such as three-in-one and five-in-one depend on how sellers count functions; listing the actual jobs is more useful.

For a library, office, or quiet train, focus on whether the fan is acceptable at the setting you would use. We cannot verify quietness from marketing. If all you want is occasional airflow, compare the size, grip, and controls of a simpler option before treating a higher maximum speed as automatically better.

Safety and care: guard the intake and respect battery rules

Keep hair, fingers, and loose objects away from the intake and outlet. The intake guard is not permission to hold it against hair. Turn the unit off and disconnect charging before cleaning. The listing shows a removable inlet net; follow the supplied removal and cleaning directions and do not immerse the electrical body.

Use charging equipment compatible with the appliance label and supplied instructions. Avoid battery damage, water exposure, and excessive heat; stop using a damaged or unusually hot device. Store it so the controls cannot be accidentally pressed.

For flying, check the labeled watt-hour rating and your airline’s current rules. The FAA requires power banks in carry-on baggage and notes that airlines can impose stricter limits. A 9000mAh headline alone is not an airline approval. Finally, a fan is not protection against heat illness: the CDC cautions that fans cannot prevent it in very hot conditions. Seek cooling, shade, and appropriate hydration rather than relying on this gadget.

Buying: match the exact variant and your carrying habits

Choose the Ultra2 if its charging and light functions reduce the number of items you want to carry. A lighter, simpler fan may make more sense if those extras duplicate gear you already have. Consider the weight of the complete daily bag, not just one appealing specification.

Before ordering, confirm Ultra2, 9000mAh, Grey, and ASIN B0F38H258L. Inspect the seller, included cable and attachments, return terms, final total, and delivery estimate. Check what charger is required rather than assuming a wall adapter is included. No live-price, availability, or seller-authorization promise is made here.

Questions: practical answers before ordering

Will it run for 25 hours at full speed?

Do not assume so. Up to 25 hours is the manufacturer’s maximum-runtime claim; operating setting and other functions affect battery use.

Can it charge a phone?

The manufacturer specifies an 18 W two-way charging function. Actual compatibility and output depend on the phone and cable, and charging uses the shared battery.

Why does speed stop at 50% while charging?

JISULIFE’s FAQ says charging operation is limited to 50% speed. It is not necessarily a fault.

Is it automatically approved for flights?

No. Check the battery’s watt-hour label, airline policy, and rules for its power-bank function before travel.
